Baked Oat Cup

Hey foodies ๐Ÿ‘‹๐Ÿฝ. Baked oat cup anyone?


Here is a very simple yet delicious breakfast or snack idea. Perfect for meal prepp as they store well( up to 4 days in air tight container.


Ingredients used for 6 if using cupcake pan or 4 large if using muffins tray.



Ingredients I Used:

๐Ÿง‘๐Ÿพโ€๐Ÿณ 80 grams old fashioned rolled oat ( 1 cup).

๐Ÿง‘๐Ÿพโ€๐Ÿณ 40 grams smooth peanut butter.

๐Ÿง‘๐Ÿพโ€๐Ÿณ 40 grams of mashed banana.

๐Ÿง‘๐Ÿพโ€๐Ÿณ 2 tablespoon maple syrup or raw honey.

๐Ÿง‘๐Ÿพโ€๐Ÿณ 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon.

๐Ÿง‘๐Ÿพโ€๐Ÿณ 1 teaspoon chia seed (optional).


Methods:

๐Ÿง‘๐Ÿพโ€๐Ÿณ Preheat oven to 160ยฐc fan or 180ยฐc non fan.


๐Ÿง‘๐Ÿพโ€๐Ÿณ Oil the cupcake or muffins pan with a little coconut oil or butter.


๐Ÿง‘๐Ÿพโ€๐Ÿณ Add all ingredients in a medium bowl and stir until well combined.


๐Ÿง‘๐Ÿพโ€๐Ÿณ Divide the mixture into the prepared muffin pan then use a spoon or your fingers to press down creating a cup shape.


๐Ÿง‘๐Ÿพโ€๐Ÿณ Bake in preheated oven for 15 minutes or until the top is slightly broken and coming away from pan.


๐Ÿง‘๐Ÿพโ€๐Ÿณ Remove from oven and allow to cool on a wire rack for 5 minutes before removing them from the pan to cool completely.


๐Ÿง‘๐Ÿพโ€๐Ÿณ Once cooled, serve with some yogurt and fruit of choice, drizzle with some maple syrup or honey and enjoy.
