🧑🏾‍🍳 40 grams of mashed banana.

🧑🏾‍🍳 2 tablespoon maple syrup or raw honey.

🧑🏾‍🍳 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon.

🧑🏾‍🍳 1 teaspoon chia seed (optional).

Methods:

🧑🏾‍🍳 Preheat oven to 160°c fan or 180°c non fan.

🧑🏾‍🍳 Oil the cupcake or muffins pan with a little coconut oil or butter.

🧑🏾‍🍳 Add all ingredients in a medium bowl and stir until well combined.

🧑🏾‍🍳 Divide the mixture into the prepared muffin pan then use a spoon or your fingers to press down creating a cup shape.

🧑🏾‍🍳 Bake in preheated oven for 15 minutes or until the top is slightly broken and coming away from pan.

🧑🏾‍🍳 Remove from oven and allow to cool on a wire rack for 5 minutes before removing them from the pan to cool completely.

🧑🏾‍🍳 Once cooled, serve with some yogurt and fruit of choice, drizzle with some maple syrup or honey and enjoy.
