Hey foodies ๐๐ฝ. Baked oat cup anyone?
Here is a very simple yet delicious breakfast or snack idea. Perfect for meal prepp as they store well( up to 4 days in air tight container.
Ingredients used for 6 if using cupcake pan or 4 large if using muffins tray.
Ingredients I Used:
๐ง๐พโ๐ณ 80 grams old fashioned rolled oat ( 1 cup).
๐ง๐พโ๐ณ 40 grams smooth peanut butter.
๐ง๐พโ๐ณ 40 grams of mashed banana.
๐ง๐พโ๐ณ 2 tablespoon maple syrup or raw honey.
๐ง๐พโ๐ณ 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon.
๐ง๐พโ๐ณ 1 teaspoon chia seed (optional).
Methods:
๐ง๐พโ๐ณ Preheat oven to 160ยฐc fan or 180ยฐc non fan.
๐ง๐พโ๐ณ Oil the cupcake or muffins pan with a little coconut oil or butter.
๐ง๐พโ๐ณ Add all ingredients in a medium bowl and stir until well combined.
๐ง๐พโ๐ณ Divide the mixture into the prepared muffin pan then use a spoon or your fingers to press down creating a cup shape.
๐ง๐พโ๐ณ Bake in preheated oven for 15 minutes or until the top is slightly broken and coming away from pan.
๐ง๐พโ๐ณ Remove from oven and allow to cool on a wire rack for 5 minutes before removing them from the pan to cool completely.
๐ง๐พโ๐ณ Once cooled, serve with some yogurt and fruit of choice, drizzle with some maple syrup or honey and enjoy.
