Hello foodies. Say hello to this midweek pantry and fridge essential dinner. This is one of my kids favourite and we hope you get to try it and hopefully love it too. All ingredients are from @aldiuk.

Ingredients I Used:
๐ฉ๐พโ๐ณ 1tbsp olive oil.
๐ฉ๐พโ๐ณ 1 onion, finely chopped.
๐ฉ๐พโ๐ณ 3 garlic cloves minced.
๐ฉ๐พโ๐ณ 2 tbsp tomato puree.
๐ฉ๐พโ๐ณ 1 or 2 bay leaves.
๐ฉ๐พโ๐ณ 1 jar of specially selected tomato and grilled pepper stir through sauce ( 190g).
๐ฉ๐พโ๐ณ 1 pack of specially selected chipotle sausages.
๐ฉ๐พโ๐ณ 3 cans of cannellini beans in water ( 400g can).
๐ฉ๐พโ๐ณ 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce.
๐ฉ๐พโ๐ณ Salt and pepper to taste.
Methods:
๐ฉ๐พโ๐ณ Place a nonstick pan on medium heat, add on the sausages and cook for 5 minutes. Do not add oil, the sausages will release it own oil.
๐ฉ๐พโ๐ณ While the sausage is cooking, in a separate pan, add 1 tbsp oil heat it up than add in the chopped onion. Fry for 2 minutes, stirring occasionally. Than add in the garlic and continue frying for 30 second, follow that with the tomato puree and a little bit of water and fry for further 2 minutes.
๐ฉ๐พโ๐ณ Now to this sauce add in the jar of tomato and grilled pepper and fry for 1 minute. To this sauce, add the drained beans and browned sauce, pour over 1 cup of hot water, season with Worcestershire sauce, sal and pepper to your liking.mix well, bring it to a boiling point, cover , reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
