Ingredients I Used:
For 1.5 kg of Cow Trotters
๐จ๐พโ๐ณ 1 leek (diced).
๐จ๐พโ๐ณ 4 spring onions (diced).
๐จ๐พโ๐ณ A few celery leaves ( diced).
๐จ๐พโ๐ณ 3 medium fresh vine tomatoes (diced).
๐จ๐พโ๐ณ 1 teaspoon each of a fresh minced garlic and ginger.
๐จ๐พโ๐ณ 2 tablespoon pepper soup mix season.
๐จ๐พโ๐ณ Salt and pepper to taste.
๐จ๐พโ๐ณ 2 bay leaves.
๐จ๐พโ๐ณ A chilli ( optional).
Methods:
๐จ๐พโ๐ณ Wash and prep all your ingredients. Add all ingredients in a big enough pot.
๐จ๐พโ๐ณ Cover with fresh water ( just enough to cover the meat).
๐จ๐พโ๐ณ Cover, bring to rapid boil and boil for 10 minutes on medium heat.
๐จ๐พโ๐ณ Reduce heat to low, and simmer for 1 to 1: 30 hrs or until the meat has softened to your liking and the sauce has thickened.
