Delicious Lamb Chops

Hello foodies ๐Ÿ‘‹๐Ÿพ. Who else is enjoying this UK late summer? ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿพ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿพ. I am definitely here for it.

Anyway you say summer, I say BBQ meals and for dinner today we had these delicious lamb chops. ๐Ÿ‘Œ๐Ÿพ๐Ÿคค๐Ÿคค

Ingredients I Used:

For 12 small lamb chops, I marinated them with a mixture of:


๐Ÿ‘จ๐Ÿพโ€๐Ÿณ 3 tablespoons olive oil.

๐Ÿ‘จ๐Ÿพโ€๐Ÿณ 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary finely chopped.

๐Ÿ‘จ๐Ÿพโ€๐Ÿณ 1 tablespoon freshly minced garlic.

๐Ÿ‘จ๐Ÿพโ€๐Ÿณ 1 teaspoon salt.

๐Ÿ‘จ๐Ÿพโ€๐Ÿณ 1 teaspoon ground black pepper.

๐Ÿ‘จ๐Ÿพโ€๐Ÿณ 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard.

๐Ÿ‘จ๐Ÿพโ€๐Ÿณ 1 teaspoon maple syrup (100% unrefined).


These do not even need a long time to marinate, I simply rub them with the marinade and keep them aside while lighting up the grill. Once the grill was nice and hot, place the lamp chop on the grill and cook them to your liking. We like ours medium to well done so about 3 to 4 minutes on each side was enough.


I also kept a little marinade to add while grilling.


Tip: let the lamb rest for 5 minutes before eating, they will be super tender even the next day ( well that is if they say until next day๐Ÿ˜œ).
