Anyway you say summer, I say BBQ meals and for dinner today we had these delicious lamb chops. ๐๐พ๐คค๐คค

Ingredients I Used:
For 12 small lamb chops, I marinated them with a mixture of:
๐จ๐พโ๐ณ 3 tablespoons olive oil.
๐จ๐พโ๐ณ 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary finely chopped.
๐จ๐พโ๐ณ 1 tablespoon freshly minced garlic.
๐จ๐พโ๐ณ 1 teaspoon salt.
๐จ๐พโ๐ณ 1 teaspoon ground black pepper.
๐จ๐พโ๐ณ 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard.
๐จ๐พโ๐ณ 1 teaspoon maple syrup (100% unrefined).
These do not even need a long time to marinate, I simply rub them with the marinade and keep them aside while lighting up the grill. Once the grill was nice and hot, place the lamp chop on the grill and cook them to your liking. We like ours medium to well done so about 3 to 4 minutes on each side was enough.
I also kept a little marinade to add while grilling.
Tip: let the lamb rest for 5 minutes before eating, they will be super tender even the next day ( well that is if they say until next day๐).
