What is in them?
๐ฉ๐พโ๐ณ 500g lean beef minced.
๐ฉ๐พโ๐ณ 1 large leek thinly sliced.
๐ฉ๐พโ๐ณ 1 small shallot.
๐ฉ๐พโ๐ณ 1 teaspoon minced garlic.
๐ฉ๐พโ๐ณ 1/2 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese.
๐ฉ๐พโ๐ณ 2 tablespoons bread crumbs.
๐ฉ๐พโ๐ณ 1 whole egg.
๐ฉ๐พโ๐ณ 1 tablespoon chopped fresh basil.
๐ฉ๐พโ๐ณ 1 teaspoon dried oregano.
๐ฉ๐พโ๐ณ 1 teaspoon salt and black pepper.
Methods:
๐ฉ๐พโ๐ณ Mix all up well but be careful to not over mix it otherwise you will end up with tough meatballs.
๐ฉ๐พโ๐ณ Form balls, place them on a plate than cover with cling film and refrigerate for 1 hour. When ready to cook, bring to room temperature at least 10 minutes before cooking.
๐ฉ๐พโ๐ณ Bake in preheated oven at 200ยฐc for 20 to 25 minute depending on the size of your balls or bake until browned and cook thoroughly.
