Oven Baked Snappers

Hello fish lovers๐Ÿ‘‹๐Ÿพ. Let me interest you to try this juicy, flavourful baked snappers on the bed of fresh vegetables ๐Ÿ˜‹๐Ÿ‘Œ๐Ÿพ.




Ingredients I Used:

To Marinate The Fish I Used:


๐Ÿ‘จ๐Ÿพโ€๐Ÿณ Salt and black pepper.


๐Ÿ‘จ๐Ÿพโ€๐Ÿณ Then a blend of : spring onion, celery, onion, garlic, ginger, fresh thyme, fresh rosemary, green chili, bay leaves and oil.


๐Ÿ‘จ๐Ÿพโ€๐Ÿณ I always gave this blend in the fridge and use it as needed.


Vegetables Used For The Bed:


๐Ÿ‘จ๐Ÿพโ€๐Ÿณ Vine cherry tomatoes.

๐Ÿ‘จ๐Ÿพโ€๐Ÿณ Purple onion.

๐Ÿ‘จ๐Ÿพโ€๐Ÿณ Mix peppers( orange, yellow and red).

๐Ÿ‘จ๐Ÿพโ€๐Ÿณ Spring onion.

๐Ÿ‘จ๐Ÿพโ€๐Ÿณ Season with salt and pepper then drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice.


Baked in a preheated oven at 200ยฐc for about 20 minutes depending on fish sizes. Turn half way through baking and bast with own juice.
