Smokey oven baked wing wreath anyone?
Yes please. So easy to make yet sooooo yummm๐
Ingredients I Used :
๐ฉ๐พโ๐ณ I I used.
๐ฉ๐พโ๐ณ 1 kg chicken wings
For the seasoning:
๐ฉ๐พโ๐ณ 2 teaspoon smoked sea salt.
๐ฉ๐พโ๐ณ 2 teaspoon smoked paprika.
๐ฉ๐พโ๐ณ 2 teaspoon smoked chipotle chili.
๐ฉ๐พโ๐ณ 1 teaspoon garlic granules.
๐ฉ๐พโ๐ณ 1 teaspoon onion granules.
๐ฉ๐พโ๐ณ 1/2 teaspoon coriander seeds.
๐ฉ๐พโ๐ณ 1/4 teaspoon grated nutmeg.
Simply ground all the seasoning .
Methods:
๐ฉ๐พโ๐ณ Rub wings with 2 tablespoons oil, than pour all the ground seasoning over the wings and massage them well until all the wings are coated with seasoning. Cover and refrigerate for minimum 2 hours.
๐ฉ๐พโ๐ณ Bring the wings out of the fridge 30 before baking so they get to room temperature.
๐ฉ๐พโ๐ณ Preheat oven to 200ยฐC . Arrange wings on a wire rack and bake for 45 to 50 minutes ( or until well cooked and browned) turning halfway through cooking.
You can also cook them in air fryer, BBQ, it even fry them if you wish.
