Hallo foodie, happy Saturday. Here is a little salad inspiration to try.
Ingredients I Used:
๐ง๐พโ๐ณ 200g cooked pasta.
๐ง๐พโ๐ณ 1 red onion, diced.
๐ง๐พโ๐ณ Half cucumber, diced.
๐ง๐พโ๐ณ 2 mix coloured peppers, diced.
๐ง๐พโ๐ณ 150 g baby plum tomatoes halved.
๐ง๐พโ๐ณ 2 cans tuna chunks in oil, drained and flaked.
๐ง๐พโ๐ณ Mayonnaise about 1/4 cup or to your liking.
To reduce the acidity of the onion, once diced, place it in a bowl than add juice of half a lemon and little salt and set aside while prepping the rest of the salad and add in the diced onion last.
