Whole Roast Chicken

Here is a very simple yet delicious whole roast chicken that is perfect so Sunday roast 😋.

Ingredients I used:

1 whole chicken.


For the marinade:


🧑🏾‍🍳 4 tablespoon Butter.

🧑🏾‍🍳 5 garlic cloves.

🧑🏾‍🍳 A few strings of fresh rosemary and thyme.

🧑🏾‍🍳 1 teaspoon each Salt and black pepper.

🧑🏾‍🍳 Baked for 1h 15 min in a preheated oven at 180°c. ( Cooking time will depend on chicken size).


No need to pre_ marinade.


✌🏽Ps always allow your meat to rest for 10 minutes minimum before carving so that the juice can redistribute.✌🏽
